Subscribers → Lists → New List. Set list name, from name, from email, reply-to.

Settings

• Double opt-in (recommended for GDPR)
• Welcome email on subscribe
• Custom unsubscribe page

Custom Fields

Add first name, last name, company, phone, or custom data fields.
