You can send your broadcast to an unlimited mix of contact lists, segments, and tagged contacts.
Recipients are deduplicated before sending, ensuring each contact receives only one message.
Use the dropdown menu to select the contact lists, segments, and tagged contacts for your broadcast.
Suppression and Exclusion: Exclude contacts by selecting suppression lists you've uploaded, specific segments, or tagged contacts.
To remove a selection, simply click on the name and it will disappear.
Always verify that suppression is working as expected before sending. Click the "Calculate Suppression" button at the bottom of the Recipients page to confirm the total number of contacts who will receive your broadcast.
