When creating a new Broadcast, Funnel Message, or Transactional email template, you have five options to choose from. All methods for sending emails through our ESP platform feature the same email composer options:

  • Recent Emails: This section displays templates you've previously used to send messages. If you create a contact list with a single email address and send a broadcast to yourself, that template will remain in 'Recent Emails' for future campaigns.

  • Start from Scratch: Choose this option to open a blank drag-and-drop canvas.

  • WYSIWYG: Utilize our integrated TinyMCE editor for a text-based composing experience.

  • Import Raw HTML: Ideal for those who seek pixel-perfect designs.

  • Select a Template: If starting from scratch feels daunting, you can choose from our pre-designed templates to help you get started.
