Suppression lists are specifically for use with broadcasts or funnel messages and do not apply system-wide. For global exclusions of contacts or domains, use the "Exclusions Lists" tab.
Using a suppression list in a broadcast or funnel message is optional and can be chosen during the message creation process.
Steps to Upload a Suppression List:
Navigate to Contacts and select Suppression from the site menu.
Click on Create Suppression List in the upper right corner.
Name your suppression list and choose a file to upload.
After uploading, you’ll see the number of imported contacts in your suppression list.
